Refund Policy — Digital Downloads

Quiet House products (PAIRED, STILL HARBOR, LATE BLOOM) are digital downloads delivered instantly by email at the time of purchase. Because they cannot be returned the way a physical product can, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been sent.

The exceptions

We will refund any order within 14 days of purchase if:

• The download link did not work and we could not get a working copy to you within 48 hours of you reaching out.
• The file is corrupt, blank, or otherwise unusable.
• You were charged twice for the same order in error.

How to request a refund

Email us at Quitehousestore@gmail.com. with your order number and a one-sentence explanation. We respond within 2 business days. If the request meets one of the exceptions above, we refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.

What we cannot refund

We cannot refund a purchase because you changed your mind after downloading, because you found similar content elsewhere, or because the workbook did not feel like the right fit. We try to make the product description, scope, and contents extremely clear before purchase so you can buy with confidence.

If something is wrong

If a script, page, or feature feels broken or wrong, please tell us — we update the workbook over time and your feedback shapes the next edition. Email Quitehousestore@gmail.com.
